I am someone who has learned to listen to the body as a storyteller. Yoga became my way home—not just to movement, but to the deeper places of remembering, unlearning, softening, and reclaiming what is sacred. My path has been shaped by motherhood, grief, tenderness, self-study, and the slow rebuilding of trust in my inner knowing. I teach to help others feel safe in their bodies again, to recognize their strength, and to remember the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the noise. This work is not about perfection. It is about presence, breath by breath, honoring the holy in the ordinary, and remembering that healing is something we do together.

May be all be happy, may we all be healthy, may we be liberated, and have peace of mind, may we feel safe, and may we pass this time in our lives with ease. All beings everywhere.
